inPOWERED lights work when power doesn't: the bright women behind the company: Cherie Cunningham, Russie Jones and Kathi Law chat with Techstination's Fred Fishkin.

Cherie Cunningham is the Owner and Chief Financial Officer. Cherie and her husband, John started inPOWERED Lights to commercialize Russie and Keene Jones' battery backup technology. Utilizing battery backup technology to power lights when there is no electricity.

Russie Jones was the inspiration of the battery backup technology, due to her father falling during a power outage. She oversees all design aspects of inPOWERED Lights and continues to be fashion forward in the product development process. Russie has been involved in the lamp industry for over 10 years.

Kathi Law joined John in his License to Innovate business model and has provided product development and operations support for the last four years.
