Cherie Cunningham,
Owner & Chief Financial Officer
Cherie and her husband, John started inPOWERED Lights to commercialize Russie and Keene Jones' battery backup technology. She has over 25 years experience of managing the operations of a law firm, which included all accounting, HR, and billing functions. Her goal is to empower other women entrepreneurs and give back to the community by supporting women advocate groups.
Russie Jones,
Chief Design Officer
Russie was the inspiration of the battery backup technology, due to her father falling during a power outage. She oversees all design aspects of inPOWERED Lights and continues to be fashion forward in the product development process. Russie has been involved in the lamp industry for over 10 years.
Kathi Law,
Chief Operation Officer
Kathi joined John in his License to Innovate business model and has provided product development and operations support for the last four years. Prior to that, she was involved in logistics- both importing and exporting goods in the United States. With over 15 years experience in product management and supply chain, Kathi is excited to apply her expertise to IPL.
